Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but when I went to the Universal Fan Club site http://www.universalfanclub.com/default.asp and clicked on Orlando, the following message popped up. I can't actually go any farther to see the actual price if ordering because I don't have one of the "new" style cards.
Just wanted to give those who do have the new card a heads up. This looks like the best 2-park Annual Pass deal I've seen so far.
