Universal Express timings?

We had planned to stay at the Royal Pacific next year but cannot do so now as one of our party has dropped out leaving us needing a suite to accomodate us all. (The single room supplement was to expensive at RPR)

So we won't be able to take advantage of the on-site FOTL benefits!

What is the current situation with getting express tickets for the rides? Do they run out quickly? Any tips on which to get first? (Spiderman presumably!) Will we manage to get on all the major rides without waiting in line for hours?
Any info/tips welcome!

It all depends on time of season in march when we there the express tix for shrek and popular rides shows went quickly as did the express booklets which can be bought
