Universal express service

Does the Universal express pass service work for hotels guests for all attractions? Does it include the Harry Potter Attractions (in each park)?? I know as of a few years back it wasnt an option for this ride. Just curious if it is now?? Are there any other attractions it isnt valid for?

I was looking for that info the other day and found that if you pull up a Park Map for either UO or IOA (start on link below), there is an "express" icon listed next to the attractions that offer that.

Not valid for Forbidden Journey, Pteranodon Flyers, Hogwarts Express, Ollivanders and Gringotts.

Also not valid at Kang and Kodas Twirl and Hurl.Plus only guests at the 3 deluxe resorts ( not Cabana Bay) get express pass
