Universal Express Pass Booklets

I am going to Univeral in Late June. I know you can get a pass for about $30 that allows you to access the Universal Express Line at anytime.

Is this deal what it says? Can you get on pretty much on any ride, any time of the day without a long wait? Are there any catches? And I suppose most of all, is it worth doing at the time of year i'm going?

You can only go on each ride once with the express book.

As said above, you may only ride each ride once. The passes are also only good for that specific date. A certain number of the booklets are available for sale each day, and the price depends upon the season, (how busy they are.)
