Universal Express Changes?

I read on here a while ago that there were going to be changes to the Express pass system. It said that instead of multi-day ticket holders being able to get 3 passes at once that they would now only be able to get 1. Has this change now been made?

Yes, the change was made on 7/1.

But do you still get 3 express passes for the day? But just can get then one at a time? Do they issue your come back time, or do we get to pick the time?

you can only get one express pass at one time like the other people.

As of July 1st, multi-day ticket holders can still get Unlimited express passes for the day, however they can only hold 1 pass at a time.
