Is there a similar site for Universal? Anyone got any favorites from bloggers who are in the parks daily? Would love more restaurant reviews in particular as we'll be there much longer than I ever have so we'll need to find more meals.

I haven't found a daily Universal daily blogger but two I like that go frequently are Rixflix and Oyby. CFL Park hopper has some nice vlogs about the different resorts also. She also has some dining reviews I believe.

Thanks! I'll check those out. I'm usually just there long enough to dine at my favorites. This year, we pulled our WDW trip in favor of USO so we've got a lot of time which will allow me to look into dining choices I wouldn't have. Thanks again.

If you have a favorite dining spot to share, I'd welcome it:) Right now we know we'll do Mythos, Bice, Toothsome, Cowfish, the Bula Bar, and I'm sure the Leaky Cauldron or HogsHead.

My favourite quick service restaurant is Thunderfalls Terrace at IOA. They serve up tasty rotisserie chicken and ribs. Good quality and size and it has a nice outdoor terrace to eat in the shade while watching the Jurassic Falls boats come crashing down out of the ride.

Maybe the children will like Blondies at IOA

It’s basic deli type of sandwiches that come with a side of potato salad

Roast beef, turkey,
Etc

Not premade but made when you order
Toppings of your choice

That sounds like a good choice, but I couldn't find "blondes" at IOA. Am I doing something wrong?

Mythos is always highly rated, the food was quite good.

I ate there the first year it was opened and now every trip must have a couple of Mythos meals. It's actually really affordable for what you get and with the menu, we can all eat together and share. The kids will eat anything that involved dipping, so I know this one will be a hit.

I've never noticed this spot, but saw it on the site. It looks fun and if it's tasty, even better. We're pretty much always up for bbq and I looked at some pics, those portions ARE huge.

We sat in the area just outside the splash zone while we dried off (after riding all 3 water rides) and had lunch. It was so fun watching the people in the splash zone who knew and sometimes people who didn't realize. Quite relaxing.

DIS Unplugged Universal does reviews on food. I feel like there was an episode(s) way back in 2017 or something regarding best and worst TS and QS as I remember watching them to prepare for my trip back in 2017. Don't remember exactly how I found them though but they would be on YouTube.

Tim Tracker is in the parks but I don't know that they really do a whole lot of food.

I don't know of anyone who does the analysis for Universal that EasyWDW does for WDW. But I agree with PP that the Dis Unplugged has some videos for Universal, as well as the Dis Unplugged Universal Edition podcast that's done weekly. I don't know if they always have an accompanying video, but the podcast often features dining reviews. We've found them helpful.

I like the dis for universal information. I’ve never needed anything else, apart from the book they (kubersky and soneone) used to publish, but that was when I was brand new.
