Universal Customer Service (USA) = Outstanding

Evening all,

I sent an email last night to Universal Studios Guest Relations / Customer Services to find out when we can book an ADR for the Grinchmas character breakfast.

Expecting to wait a few days and get a static response, imagine my surprise when my phone rings with the words INTERNATIONAL as the caller ID, and a cheery American voice greets me from Universal Studios!!!! Wow is all I can say, i was not expecting a call since it was a fairly straightforward query!

For those interested, the guy said that they have not yet confirmed dates or times for this year's Grinchmas activities, only that they expect the whole celebration to kick off Dec 5th. He advised to keep an eye on universalorlando.co.uk for news, as it will be posted there at the same time as the american universal site, with the phone numbers etc to call to book.

I sent them an email 2 weeks ago asking them a straight forward question and am still waiting for a reply. I also sent the same email to Busch Gardens and I had a reply back within a couple of hours.

I ring Universal at end of every June to renew our AP's(need to ring in next few days again), always great service, last year booked Blue man group at same time with AP discount, confirmation email thru in seconds. They always seem to be so sure of what they are doing. Unlike Disney cruise Line earlier in the year.
