We're thinking of getting one before our trip in Sept. What are the benefits at the park?

We've read something about Express Entry, but it sounds like that's available to anyone who goes to Universal.....do you get FOTL?? Do you get an Express entry booklet? More than one?

Also, how can you use your "points" at the park? For example, how many points does it take to get a one day ticket to Universal for a child? an adult?

Thanks, Pyedog

I just got the Universal Visa card, the point system is high, I figured it would take me spending $75,000 on the card to get a free vacation. Other than the points you earn I don't think there are any other perks, if there are, I'd like to know as I'm going in September also.

Anyone out there that has had this card awhile, can you tell us anything more??

More info on the Universal Mastercard. It takes 8,000 for a 2-day child Universal pass and 10,000 for a 2-day adult pass, you get 2 points for every dollar you spend and right now if you book a Universal vacation with the Mastercard you don't have to pay for it for 6 months interest free (too bad, my limit was not high enough to do that, boo)

I received my new Universal MC about 2 months ago figuring as my kids get older they will enjoy the thrill rides more than Disney so we'll probably spend more time in Universal.

Anyway, last week in the mail I received 2 free passes to the movies (every theater I could think of was included in the offer) with no restrictions on when you could go. Just a thank you for being a new cardholder!!! I thought that was pretty cool!!

FYI,
The Universal MC has been rated as the top credit card for entertainment rewards by Quicken and Money.

Well, your rewards aren't capped or restricted. If 75,000 gets you a free vacation that is far more than any other family vacation destination credit card gives you at the present. In addition to that, you have several alternatives ranging among your points levels.

Not having enough to claim a free 75,000 vacation, I redeemed three free USF/IOA tickets a while ago. Good enough for two days.

Wish Disney's would give me a free bottle of water with their card!
