Universal buying tickets at WDW area?

Can you buy a one day ticket for Universal anywhere near WDW? The Swan or Dolphin or other non-Disney hotel?

I bought the 2 day escape pass at Shades of Green on WDW last year. The lady that sold me the tickets told me that they would never expire. We only got to vistit USF for 1 day and after I got home there was an expiration date on the back of the tickets. Luckily, the nice people at USF sent me a complimentary pass to cover the day I lost. I would really recommend buying them when you get to Universal or at the Universal website. Hope that helps!!!!
