Universal AP - Issues Logging In

Hello. I have a Prefered Annual Pass and am trying to logon to the AP site. It keeps giving 'invalid logon' message. I looked at the info on where to obtain the logonid and pin from your ticket and typed it in multiple times.
Anyone else experience this issue?

Started being unable to enter the site many years back and still do

Guess I'm special

Call the number that is listed and a TM will help you
That is the wAy I do when I'm locked out of the AP site
