Universal Annual Pass purchase and discounts for premier hotels

Just returned from my 1st trip in 20 years! had a blast and could feasibly consider going a few times a year. I enjoy the premier hotels for express passes and would want 3 park/ park to park passes. What is the best way to plan this, book this, and find AP rates? decide on how much the discount would be and when they go on sale? It seems there is no information I could actually find on the website. I am thinking of the months of September and February so I would not need the most expensive pass.

With HHN starting in September, the premier room rates have increased
Have not seen many AP rates available yet for the upper end hotels

No idea if they need to offer the ap discounts for that month

Some dates in February will fill rooms up

Book now and if rates go down, modify your reservation if you do see a discounted rate.

The AP rates vary based on time frame
