Me and my 3 kids are suppose to be going to Universal next Friday for Jersey week. I will be driving from Jersey Friday so I will be getting there Saturday hopefully early enough to go to the parks or do something. My question is that I am paying $85 a ticket for the 4 of us already to go to Universal for a week. My son was looking at outside attractions to visit like Wonderworks and Ripley's Believe it or not. Since the park closes at 6 pm (WHY DO THEY CLOSE SO EARLY???) we thought to use that time to go to the Malls/Shopping, go to eat dinner at a Restrurant, go see my relatives in Orlando, or go to a outside attraction like WonderWorks or something. So should I go and do these attractions? Is it really worth doing right now because money is already tight with going to Universal and to go to these attractions will be another $150 or so. OR should do Universal for now and do the other attractions on another trip?

:confused3 :confused3 :confused3

Thanx

stay away from Ripley's, please. it's a horrible I-Drive tourist trap. I've heard good reviews about Wonderworks but have never been there.

Festival Bay mall has a Vans indoor skate park if they're into it. take them to a beach, the weather is beautiful.

Oh ok thanx for the input. Not sure if I will go to the beach (we don't like the getting full of sand) but we are going to the malls and I will consider WonderWorks but I am still not to sure money wise. Thanx for the help. :)

Try seeing a dinner show one evening. Two dinner shows near Universal Orlando are Pirate's Dinner Adventure and Sleuth's Mystery Dinner Show.

I think I might do that too are but they expensive because I have been looking up places to eat at and they are costly. I looked at Planet Hollywood's menu and I could get 3 times more food here then over just by the cost.

There's several websites that offer discounts on dinner shows. Here's one that I use: http://ticketmania.biz/shop/dinner_shows.asp.
