Okay - so I don't like to ride most rides. POC is like the wildest I can handle. I also don't do things like Star Tours. Is there anything at Universal or IOA that I would enjoy?

Hello fellow chicken! Here is a list of what I rode happily, regretably and not at all.

Happily:
U/S:
Jaws
Twister
Shrek
MIB
ET
Woody Woodpecker kiddie coaster
Terminator (wouldn't recommend it is boring)
Earthquake
at IoA:
Flying unicorn
all the dr seuss rides although cat in the hat was crazier than I thought
poseidon
sinbad (show)
Popeys Bilge Rat barge (you get soaked!)
storm force (like tea cups on red bull!)

Regrettably:
the Mummy (my hands went numb I was so scared)
Spiderman (freaked me out)
Back to the future (very jerky)

Not at all:
Hulk
Dueling dragons
dr doom

Dh loved Spiderman, hulk, mummy and dueling dragons so I shopped or relaxed in the sun while he rode those over and over.

there is plenty to do for chickens.

I will add that just simply walking around IoA is fantastic. The theming of that park is awesome to see. So, please don't skip it just because there isn't much that you'd feel comfortable riding. It is a beautiful park.

Make sure you do the Horror Make up show at Universal.

These are the rides I would avoid if I happened to be a chicken:

Islands of Adventure
Hulk, Storm Force Acceletron, Dr. Doom, Dudley Do Right, Dueling Dragons and maybe Jurassic Park River Adventure.

Universal Studios
Revenge of the Mummy, Back to the Future

That's it!!!

Universal is a better park for chickens.

i agree w/ BuzzandAriel'smom....but, i would TRY Spiderman....if you don't like it, just take off your 3D glasses and/or close your eyes.

Common people! Sit outside any of the "big" rides and watch all the happy smiling 8 year olds come exiting all day long. If that doesn't get you over your fear to start having fun, then stop wasting your money at theme parks. :rotfl: And don't tell me you have some "condition". You know it's really that your just scared. That's totally curable!

Don't let him "ruffle your feathers" wear those chicken feathers proudly! I once sat on the bunny hill at a ski resort, afraid to get up, while 4 year old little punks skied past me with their hands on their hips!:lmao: Besides the correct term is bravery challenged!;)
