Hello Folks! I will be spending the day at Universal and Islands of Adventure in about 2 weeks. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have a hard time standing for long periods of time (i.e., waiting in a long queues). Disney had the Guest Assistance Card in the past. Does Universal currently have anything like this for guests with disabilities. My mom has MS and in the past (late 90's) we used to get a pass that would allow us to basically go through the exits and load onto the rides there. I HIGHLY doubt there is anything like that now. Has anyone dealt with Universal and people with mobility issues? I called guest services and they said I would have to talk to someone once I get to the park. What have been your experiences in the past? For instance, is there somewhere I can sit to wait to ride something rather than going through a queue?
