Two of my children were pre-approved over the phone for the Attractions Assistance Pass at Universal. We will be visiting Epic Universe.

I understand we need to go to each ride entrance to get a return time. Question: do each of my children need to be present at the ride entrance to get this return time? Could myself or my husband go to the entrance on their behalf to get the return time?

I am hearing that Epic involves a ton of walking, and trying to mitigate that for the kids. If they are able to sit and rest while an adult goes to the ride entrance to get the return time, that would be a life saver.

Anyone is allowed to grab the return time. My husband runs and gets mine all the time for me while I rest.
