Does anyone now if they will have this in November? Is it similar to Illuminations?
I have been waiting for USF to have a night show...I hope I can see it. We are staying at RPR in Nov and can't wait!!!

It's amazing! As much as I LOVE Illuminations, I think Universal 360 beats it. Make sure you get a spot up against the railing surrounding the lake so you have a good view of the big globes. They show lots of different montages of films - comedies, romances, horror films, epics, war movies, kid and family films, etc. You'll spend the whole 10-minute show screaming "I love that movie!" "Oh, remember that one?!" "That was my favorite as a kid!" "I just saw that one last week!" "This one's my favorite movie of all time!" It's a ton of fun. The special effects are also AMAZING. You'll love it!

Last year it didnt come back until middle of December. And yeah, its good...shockingly I like Illuminations better.....

I'll give two divergent views. Hubby LOVES the 360 show...he is a major Disney nut, but I think he likes it as much as Illuminations. Often he runs over to the park mainly just to grab a couple of rides with his Premier pass and then see the show. He has experimented with several viewing areas and angles and is very sad that the show will be gone (he's actually at USF right now, while I am stuck working).

On the flipside, I find it just okay. I LOVE the soundtrack from Illuminations; movie clips just don't do it for me...when I see the 360, I always feel like I've wandered into Disney MGM's Great Movie Ride (one of DH's favorites...maybe another reason he loves this show?). My favorite part is the fireworks, but I wouldn't go out of my way to see this show. I'd rather ride Mummy.

If you get a chance to it be sure to watch the buildings behind you and around you there are so cool effects on some of them as well.

Don't think you can fairly compare the two (illumuniations & universal 360):confused3

We eagerly staked out a spot 45 min. early near Mels late June; cannot believe the idjits who appeared 10 min before the start time & tried to push their way in between us & the iron fence.:rolleyes1 After 5 min or so, we had seen enough & they got their big chance lol.

The fireworks were good, watched them from the boat launch while we waited 1/2 hour for a ride back to RPR.:thumbsup2
