Univeral Studios to RPR to MCO - Time?

Spending the last day of a jam-packed (wedding/baptism/beach/US) long MLK weekend at US.
We will stay at RPR Sunday night, pack up the car in the morning (as long as it isn't super hot) and leave the car there during the day.

Flight is at 6:45PM Monday.
How long from US to RPR (walking to get the car) to MCO?
Will leaving US at 3:45 be sufficient, or will we need to be in the car by then?

I hate thinking on vacation! I like ME to do the thinking for me on this!

We allow 30 minutes to get to MCO from US. This includes a quick gas fill-up for our rental car. Our goal is to be at the airport 2 hours prior to flight. You can take the boat back to RPR or walk. From US it is about a 20 minute walk. From IOA, it is a bout a 12 minute walk. I think 3:45 is a good goal but keep in mind rush hour traffic. I don't know the route but our GPS system gets us to the airport by bypassing Route 4. I would look into that route. Also, if you are checking luggage, I would use the outside skycaps (if your airline offers it) as those lines are shorter and move faster.
