My first flight is on an E70, so don't want to pay for E+ on that flight, but my second flight is on an A319 which has 4-5 more inches of leg room. The flight is 2 hours and would cost me $39 to upgrade to E+.

What do you think..... would it be worth it for my comfort?

The extra leg room does make a noticable difference, but on a short flight, I'm not sure it's worth the cost. When I flew on a 10+ hour flight, I opted for the upgrade, which was well worth the cost, but something as short as a two hour flight, I would hesitate to pay the extra money.

$39 about covers the cost of dinner at WDW. I'd rather give that money to the Mouse than an airline, especially for a 2 hour flight.

I have purchased the extra room one time (I have only flew United one time, lol), and I did find it well worth it. It was nice to be able to stretch my legs out a bit. I would go for it. $39 is so little when taking into account how much we all spend on our Disney vacations.

We typically fly United. Our route involves two legs, the first around 2h to Denver, then from DEN to MCO, which is about 3 1/2h. I book ExPlus for the longer leg only. Not worth it for 2h, in my opinion.

It's nice. My DW and I had an aisle and middle right behind the bulkhead. The man in the window seat could get past us easily without us doing more than pulling our feet back a bit. :)

We have been opting for it the last few times. But I am coming from CA (so about 4-5 hours). And I feel it is totally worth it. If I have to do a connecting flight to MCO from CA, I get the Economy Plus for the longer portion of the flight. 2 hours and under, I can handle regular economy. Anything longer is a must for economy plus. It is part of the reason that I chose to go to LAX this year versus John Wayne, so I could get a direct flight and have Economy Plus the whole way.

How tall are you? If you've over 6'4" or so, it's worth it, in my opinion. Under 6'4", not so much.

I am 6' and taller from the waist up, so I fit in a regular seat just fine..... I hate having to prop my laptop in a weird position to use it, so that would be the only reason to get E+. This is also a solo trip from MSP-DEN-RNO and I would only get E+ on the DEN-RNO flight. My flights home are with a companion, so I wouldn't worry about it unless my buddy wants it too......

I am always up to try something new, so I may go for it...
