This is travel related so I figured I'd start here. Trying to book flights with my United awards miles and it wouldn't let me log in... I tried with my username and my MileagePlus Number. I decided to call because I was afraid my account may have been compromised. The system is down and they are doing an upgrade for the next few hours... Just thought I'd let ya'll know so you don't panic like I did.
It stinks, I was about to book a really good deal on a flight and had the flights selected and everything and then when I went to log in it started acting up.
Panicked me, too, since the "wrong password" was the first thing I noticed as well. What a bad "error" message to get before they got the "maintenance" page up.
