When we travelled with United last year Oct/Nov, I had a problem with my vegetarian meal on the way home. Problem being - there wasn't one! It was an overnight flight and for my meal I had some fruit!!
Cabin crew gave me a postcard to complete and send to United to complain. Well this was sent off in November and we heard nothing more.
Today I have received a voucher for $50.00 off a united flight - and we were thinking of travelling with them again this year, so although it took nearly 3 month's to reply to me I am quite happy with the $50.00!!
