So you have to jump through some hoops to get the airfare paid with a Canadian mailing address, but it is worth it.
I was looking at united.com (the flights through IAD are at good times in general)
We are flying in March and when I was selecting the flights it said it would be $671 per ticket, but after I clicked the next link it dropped it to just over $400 (US) each!
The kicker is that you HAVE to call to pay for the airfare unless it lets you select Canada (sometimes it does, sometimes not) as your billing country. When you call, sit through the automated "man" booking section and then explain that you cannot book on-line and they will waive the ticketing fee. And you can use an Air Canada number to get miles for the flight.
Good luck and happy booking!
