They may or may not be able to add him at the desk.

Disney will never turn down an additional guest at a nightly rate. And with online check-in, Disney doesn’t even know who is actually using the accommodations... all they know is that they’ve received payment for the room.

They may or may not be able to add him at the desk. The group sales person said that since it is a group booking with an agency, we are not paying them, technically, the group is. Back to the group we go..... sigh.

The Magical Express... had not thought of that! Jeez. What would I do without you guys?

Once you check in at the Disney resort the reservation is yours and out of the "group/TA's hands, after that you can add him to the reservation.

As for DME just explain when your checking in to DME worst case you can book him via Mears and he will probably end up on your DME bus anyway.

Ya know it sounds like you are getting pretty crummy customer service. I wouldn't want your TA to get one more cent of your money. Purchase your own 4DPH and add him on Mears.
