Unique License Plates?

Hi DisneyNutMary,
Yes, I've been on the site the past few days! Yes, I see the DSNY, but us DIS fans know the real meaning
Two years ago when we were trying to pick out a plate for my husband, we kept putting in different combinations of THOR, but it would come up as being taken, so I finally called the 1-800 number and said to the guy, hey, how many people have THOR on their car, it's crazy because he's not that popular, and the guy said, well, it also looks like The **ore (T HOR), so the computer will not show it online, but being that your last name is Thorgersen, I can approve that plate, so we wound up with THOR 67.
Can you believe it! I thought that was so funny -

Well in Ma. you have to Have 2 plates on your Vehicle..
But i Took the Front plate off.. and put on the Vanity plate from test Track
that reads # 1 MM Fan ..
She has the other plate under the drivers seat If she should need it..
on her Truck , the Front plate slides into a holder all she has to do is Slide out the other and put the other Back..
that and her golden Mickey Ears on her antenna she is all set..

I suggested that the Disney Insider magazine make a collage of all the Disney plates that subscribers are willing to submit to them. They told me it was illegal and unsafe to print people's license plates. Maybe that's why license plates are "shaded" out on TV.

I guess I don't understand why... Anyone have any ideas on this?


BTW...I too have vanity plates that relate to Disney and I love reading all the different ideas.

I remember a while ago the Disney Magazine had a 2 page spread of Disney licence plates...I was surprised to see someone in the US had my licence plate - ESUOM M - I guess great minds just think alike!!!!!

Maybe that's why they didn't like my idea...They already did it!!!! Sure wish I could have seen that spread. I also saw my plates on the site that someone here posted a link to. You're right!! Great minds do think alike!!

I ran every Disney related thing I could come up with on the website and all were taken! So I have "2 N From" on one car, and "Oh Pleez" on the other. The 2 N From is my Yukon XL that I drive the kids all over in.

The doctor who delivered me had a plate that read "Stork", I loved that one!

On my car I have WDW4US3 as there are 3 of us in the family. My wife's car has DZNYFAN.

Drcell01 I see your from syracuse I was born and riased in syracuse I recently moved to florida and than to NC.
I graduated High school from Fowler high on the west side. Just thought it was cool to see someone from where I was from.

these licence plate ideas are cool. it cost to much to have a vanity plate here in nc plus i would never convince my husband to let us... i would love to thou... on the other hand we did buy the one they sell in the stich store for the front since nc only requires on on the back so the front has 626 on it since the car is a mazda 626 he totally stiched out his car including a stich stuffed animal.

and to go along with character car like was mentioned above with the turtle from finding neme my friend has a toyota--- so she bought a toy yoda for her car

I got mine back in June...I came up with WDISNYW
I love it! I have the Disney plate frame that has the characters and says Been There, Done That, Goin' Back!! People definitely know I am a Disney fan!!
