We are going to be at Disney from the 27th of dec. to the 1st for my youngest fifth year of being in remission from Leukemina and was told by our travel agent to mention it at every dining reservation and was wondering what the veterans of the board thought. She is nine now and is so excited to be going.

I would also make sure you have all your dinner reservations made prior to leaving home if you haven't done so all ready. We have had some very special moments at Disney restaurants and I highly recommend talking to your server about what you want to celebrate[such as cancer remission].

I also know you can arrange special things such as cakes, gifts etc to show up at your celebration time during your meal at most restaurants, guess services should be able to help you setup something special to ensure a memorable moment.

I hope you guys enjoy your trip.

Tom;)

We have our reservations already just wasn't sure if it was proper to mention our celebration or not. Wanted to get everyones ideas and opinions

First of all, Congratulations! What a wonderful reason for a celebration! Definitely mention it-she deserves to be honored.

Congratulations! What a wonderful celebration. Like other PPs have said, I would definitely mention it, she deserves to celebrate, and I'm sure Disney can do some magical things!!
