Unique Anniversary Ideas?

I was just wondering if anyone would like to share a unique way that you celebrated your anniversary at WDW? I know about all the classic ideas- carriage rides, nice dinner, etc... I was wondering more about a special thing that took a little extra creativity to make your celebration extra special? DH and I are about to celebrate 5 years at WDW, so I thought it would be fun to hear others' stories!

we both enjoy fishing. so this time(26 days from now) i have a bass fishing excursion booked at 7am from WL for just the 2 of us.....this is besides the carriage ride and dinner i booked also.....

she was going to book the richard petty experience but i was worried about the heat and using up most of the day for it.......

I have booked a diver (and personalized menu) at Coral Reef as a surprise for my parents during their 30th anniversary trip. I plan on booking a carriage ride for them as well.
