Many of you know that for our August trip we'll be spending 2 nights at the Royal Pacific and doing 2.5 days at Universal/IOA. The other family that's coming with us wants to do Seaworld as well (We're not interested in Seaworld ourselves and have already got our Uni/IOA tix). I'm thinking the best advice I can give them for tickets is to get a 4 Park Flex ticket which as you know is good for Universal/IOA, Seaworld and Wet n Wild. Even though they won't be doing Wet n Wild I think this is probably the way for them to go. What are your thoughts, and does anyone have any recommendations as to where I should send them for tickets (discounted of course)?

It will depend on how long they are staying and whether they will be visiting SW and USF/IOA multiple times.

The 4-park Flex Ticket goes for about $180 per adult (discounted thru Ticketmania.com) and is good at all 4 parks that you mentioned for a period of 14 days.

A 5-day/2-park pass for USF/IOA (purchased thru the KRAFT $8 off Bonus Pass offer) will cost $91 per adult with taxes (plus $3 per order for processing, pick up at USF/IOA gate). An adult SW pass (e-ticket printed on your computer, purchased on the SW website) will cost $48.56. The total for the two passes = $139 plus processing fee(s).

It would be cheaper to buy the two passes separately unless your friend intends to be in Orlando longer, wishes to spread their visit out over more days and will be visiting SW more than once.

Thanks for that link. I think my neighbors will use that for their tickets. Do you still get the 2nd day free?

Mad4themouse,

Thank you so much. Your way makes much more sense for them. We're going to be in Orlando/Kissimmee 8/15 - 8/22 spending the nights of 8/15 - 8/19 at the BCV at WDW and 8/20 & 8/21 at the RP. Our flight out of MCO is at 6:00 P.M. Our friends are going to spend the day of 8/20 at Sea World and then that evening w/us at IOA and then we'll do USF/IOA on 8/21 & 8/22 so all we need are tickets for 3 days at USF/IOA. The 5 day offer and separate Sea World ticket is much better than the Flex Tickets.

I have another question about tickets.

Do the 2 day/2 park or 3 day/2 park tickets expire after a couple of days of first usage (like the flex tickets) or do they never expire, for example i can use one day this year and one day in 2 years time (like the Disney hopper passes)?

Thanks alot!!

Yes thats right they do not expire but if u get the 5 day pass it does expire 5 days from activation:jester:
