Unexpected Visitor - adding to room reservation - can they use DME?

Another thing to think about is the 1 day ticket purchase. A Disney bus will drop her off at the Magic Kingdom, not the TTC. I don't know if you can purchase a ticket there, or if she would have to return to the TTC & purchase her ticket & then return to MK gate. This would eat a lot of time, so I thought I would throw it out there. Maybe there is a ticket window I've never seen?

Yes, you can buy tickets at the window outside the MK park at GS. Not the most ideal situation if the line should ever be long, but it usually isn't!! The GS windows will be on the right...
And OP, I would add her at your first opportunity after arriving!! And then have them call DME and make her ROUND TRIP reservations! For the return trip, you will have to go to Bell services and get a hand written voucher for her to give to the driver. No big deal or huge consumption of time, I have done it. It took less than 10 minutes!! But you want that rather than just a reservation # for the driver! I have heard drivers don't like taking just the reservation #'s, they want vouchers. If you add her right after you arrive, you can get her return voucher and she can just stop at the DME desk upon arrival at MCO and they will print her a voucher to board the motorcoach to get to WDW. I think you have found a relatively workable solution to your problem!! Good Luck and I hope you all have a wonderful trip!! :)

Note: Magical Express bus vouchers for returning to the airport do not guarantee seats on any particular bus unless they were prepared on or about the day before your departure day and show the bus departure time, or are accompanied by the confirmation sheet with the bus time.

And my handwritten voucher included all of the above and I was guaranteed a seat on that bus because I had confirmation #. That is why I was telling the OP to go ahead and get it done early and get their confirmation # done and out of the way. Not sure why you are contradicting what I am saying. :confused3 I was assigned a specific pick up time. My voucher had a confirmation # which linked my flight info which then gave me an assigned pick up time on my departure day. That did guarantee me a seat on that ME bus back to MCO.

On departure day back to MCO you do get an assigned bus. On the way to the resort from the airport you don't. You get whatever bus you get.
