How does it work with the "service people" and the reception dinner? Meaning, are you supposed to invite the officiant? If so, do you also invite his/her spouse? How about the DJ/Photgrapher/wedding coordinator? I mean those people have to eat at some point, right, especially the photographer who will be working for hours? Help...I don't know what is expected with this!!:confused3

Sometimes people invite the officiant out of courtesy, but unless s/he knows the couple, s/he usually politely declines.

You can buy a less expensive (than your guests' meals) vendor meal for your photographer, videographer, DJ, etc. You do not have to buy the wedding planner and servers a meal - they are Disney employees, and I would think that they are fed by Disney if necessary. Or at least, I have never heard of any couple buying them a meal! ;)

We're doing the vendor meals for our non-Disney photographers/videographers. We have a lunch reception, and the vendor meals are costing us $20 per person.

We had our photographers eat off our buffet and we told our planner so she added it on our beo but it said vendor meals but it was the same price as our guest since we didnt get the special cheap meal.
