Unexpected benefits

Wow...I guess we'll have to stay in larger accomodations to figure this benefit out! :rolleyes1

Yep.

We like having our family spread out over two rooms (and lately, we haven't been taking guests - so the living room stays a living room and our kids are in the second bedroom instead of on the couch.) By the end of the vacation, we can still stand our children, and they can stand us. They have a GREAT time in "their own" hotel room - they get snacks to put in the fridge, their own coffee maker (my kids do drink coffee - I'm a bad parent). Their own bathroom.

And my husband and I have evenings where we can sit on the balcony once the kids retire to their own room, have some wine - and eventually move the party indoors.

But I hope - if you have kids - that you won't have a lot of work to figure it out. I know it drops off once the kids are born and everyone is tired and you have to be quiet....but, its like riding a bike - you haven't forgotten.

I love the Whirlpool tub no way could I afford that w/o DVC.

I love relaxing when I go to the park. Due to going more, I am okay with missing TSM, or Soarin. I have AP and I only go to the park for about 3-6 hours a day. BY going more we relax more, we enjoy the pool more, we are okay with dropping our DD6 off at the sandcastle club and spending time with jusy DH and me.

WE LOVE the pick and choose dining plan, and this allows us to eat more places. We can go to CP for lunch, Capt Grill dinner then next day Chef Mickey for 171$ (Really 2 days of dining (For 2 AD and 1 CH) for the price of 1 day.)

I love trying new resorts, I always went to FQ and thought I loved that. Now I have tried AK, SSR, BWV, BC and in Aug BLT. I love trying all the diff ones and the special thing to each of those resorts offer. I could never afford these deluxe prices without DVC.
