unexpected $100 discount when I booked via the phone!!!!!!!!!!

I booked a package for 4, RPR for June 17-21 and when the CM quoted my price it was $100 less than what the internet said. I checked my email confirmation and there was a $100 promo that they gave me and never even mentioned it!!!!!! There is no promo number and I called to reserve a ressie for my sister and they didnt offer it so I mentioned it to them and the nice man did find the promo and deducted $100 of my sister's ressie too. That almost pays for 3 days of the meal deal for 2 growing teen boys!! The promo is related to the new Burger King restaurant and I guess its a promo from them. I called to book someone else and the CM said that unless I specifically have the code promo numbers, she could not give it to me and she DIDNT. Hit or miss I guess.
