To the former POP guests that reserved a 60s room in advanced:

When arriving at POP, has anyone successfully requested a specific location other than the 60s upon checking in?

Yes, it is possible to downgrade upon checking in. It will just take a few extra minutes to change the package code.

It happens every so often. Not frequently, but during my limited time out on the actual front desk doing checkins, I did it a handful of times...

(LOL, I was just thinking... out of 8 months at Pop statused as "Front Desk", I spent 95% of it in the back office... lol)
