UnDISCOVERed Future World vs. Wild Africa Trek

We're considering a backstage tour for this trip. We did the Behind the Seeds last time and loved it. We're a traveling party of two adults. Our favorite park is EPCOT, so the UnDISCOVERed tour sounded pretty intriguing, but the Wild Africa Trek sounds fun too. I was wondering if anyone had experiences positive or negative with either of the two tours that they'd be willing to share. Thanks!

My DD and I did Wild Africa Trek a few years back and we both really enjoyed it. I plan on doing it several more times, once with DH and once with DGD when she is old enough. Getting close up to the animals was fun and going over the rope bridge was a blast. I felt so accomplished when I made it over. For me one of the highlights was the lunch. It was unique and the food was delicious. our guides were knowledgeable and made the whole thing very exciting. ]

I have never done the one in Epcot, although I did do the now extinct Segway Tour of Epcot and it was super fun.

We've done both, but it's been a few years since we did UnDiscovered. Both are fun and informative. WAT is a bit adventurous in addition to being really interesting. But the backstage areas of UnDisc are also pretty awesome. It's a tough decision, but know that either one you choose will be fun!

I haven't done the UnDISCOVERed tour yet, but I will be doing Wild Africa Trek for my third time next month, so that should tell you my opinion of it! I think WAT is an amazing tour, lots of fun, informative and interactive. You won't go wrong picking it, though I'm sure the Epcot tour is great too.

My wife and I really enjoyed our UnDISCovered FW tour that we did back in '14. Our group consisted of us and 2 of the tour guides friends that happened to be visiting. We have also done KttK and Backstage Safari (which is now called Backstage Tales) and we felt that UnDISCovered FW provided a lot more information and showed a lot more backstage things than KttK. While we haven't done WAT before, I get the impression that UnDISCovered FW (and Backstage Tales) are more tour oriented where as WAT is more of an experience and less on showing how things work.

I have taken the UnDISCOVERed tour twice. Both times were excellent! I would recommend to anyone, especially if your favorite park is Epcot. If you take the tour, don't forget the discounts...AP, DVC and Disney Visa, all 15%.

We did the Undiscovered FW our last trip and really enjoyed it. We had done KttK previously. We saw lots of backstage areas and got lots of information. This year we are doing the new WS DestiNations tour.

Haven't done the Undiscovered tour yet but we did the Wild Africa Trek two years ago. Would have done it again this last December but our schedule wouldn't fit it in. Fantastic tour, very knowledgeable tour guides, great photos, informative, lots of time watching the animals up close, and great food. Totally worth every penny. We will do it again some time.

Another huge fan of the Wild Africa Trek. Having lunch out on the safari was a definite high point.
