Can someone inform me on how the WDW photo/video works? Is there a fee for using an offsite photography? Any recommendations and price information is appreciated.

Basically, if you want to have anything in any of the parks, you are required to use Disney's photographers/videographers. I believe any site that is not in-park, you can use whom you choose. There is no fee for using outside vendors (except for the DJ). I am recommending David and Vicki Arndt because they are amazing and we have them booked for our wedding and they have very reasonable prices.

A shout out here for the brilliant Randy Chapman!!! He photographed our Vr and TTD in May and I cannot fault his service, personality or work at all. We were thrilled with our photos and had so much fun with Randy
