I have been scouring the web for ticket prices and

seems to up there with the best of them.
Has anyone had any dealings with this firm and are they efficient?

Yes i bought two 5 park orlando flextickets from them online on New years eve. The exchange rate was only $1.79 at that time and the price qouted was the price charged. £117 each.
They arrived 8 days later.
With the exchange rate as it is now they are even cheaper.
Loads cheaper than buying in the UK.

Another vote for MapleLeaf here also,got fantastic service from Omar when we used him in '02,he'll also price match if you find them cheaper elsewhere.

I used undercovertourist for 5 day hopper plusses last time we went - actual tickets arrived in under a week. They were the cheapest at the time. Will use either Mapleleaf or Ticketmania this time purely because we want 4 days H P's and underc don't have them.
