We have just returned from a spring break trip to Disney...(gotta remember to change my signature lol) and we had a wonderful experience with UnderCoverTourist.com.
I ordered 4 10-day non-expiring MYW parkhoppers for $362 each...yes, $362 each and that included all taxes and postage fees. I opted to pick up the tickets the next day after 10:30 am since I had ordered them by 3 pm eastern time. (You do NOT have to pick up the tickets unless you specifically ask to do so, the company sends them to you at your home address...but we were already down in Kissimmee and it was convenient for us to do so).
We arrived the next day at the UPS store in a mini-mall. The directions were clear and we had no trouble finding the mini-mall or the store. The store is located a few minutes past Universal Sudios.
We were given our tickets. My husband had to show his driver's license and the credit card with which he had purchased the tickets online. We then left the store and went back to our resort. Later that evening we searched for the tickets and couldn't find them. We decided we had left them at the UPS store so the next morning we went back there at 8:30am which was when it opened. The night before we were the last people out of the store and this morning we were the first people in the store...and all 1448 dollars worth of tickets still were nowhere to be found!
Long story short...we called UnderCoverTourist...I spoke with Anthony who had a charming English accent...and within 5 minutes he had cancelled the old tickets and faxed me something to give to Guest Relations at the park...and we were on our way!!!
We went to Guest Relations at Disney where a CM named Anthony helped us. It took about 5 minutes. Whew! I was amazed that such a potentially vacation-ruining scenario was taken care of so easily!
We still do not know what happened to those tickets. They never turned up on our end. Lol...and I know why BOTH of the people who helped us were named Anthony...when I went to bed the night we couldn't find the tickets I asked St Anthony to help so our vacation wouldn't be ruined. (St. Anthony is the patron of lost articles...St. Jude is the patron of hopeless cases...lol, luckily I didn't need Jude's help this time!)
At any rate...some of you were wondering if UnderCoverTourist was a safe place to buy tickets because they offered the best prices of any site...and I am answering you to tell you YES! The information on their site tells all about them. The reason they could do what they did for me is that they keep track of all the tickets they sell so if any are lost they can be easily replaced. I don't think any of the other ticket sellers do that. I know if you, yourself make a copy of your tickets that Disney will do this for you if you lose them...but UnderCoverTourist also keeps records which I think is just amazing!
It so seldom happens that the absolutely cheapest place to order tickets offers the best service! For those of you still needing to order your tickets...they are definitely worth a look-see. We saved over $40-$48 on our order because the next cheapest prices were from Mousesavers.com with the discount...and they were $10-$12 more apiece.
$40 buys a lot of Mickey Bars!!!!!!!!

It's what I would buy for a family member for an upcoming trip.
. Seriously, though, it's too late for me (because I've already ordered and received my tix from Ticketmania) but a great deal for all those who haven't ordered their tix yet.
