I was going to say that they show up as 'unassigned' in your MDE account, but when I checked in to MDE to make sure that was the wording the two tickets I added a few days ago no longer show up at all. Very strange.

I've added tickets before under my DH and myself, I'm wondering how do you load tickets and not assign them to anyone? I purchased some non-expiration tickets but am not planning on using them for a couple of years. Thanks.

You can either load them and assign them to yourselves but deactivate them till you're ready to use them OR add names that are fictitious and as long as no one uses them you can reassign them,sort of a holding area.Or you can just leave them in a drawer until you are ready to load them.
