Just curious did anyone else order tickets from them the weekend of Feb 22-23 and are still waiting for their order to be filled? I had ordered 10 day-NE WP&MF.When i had called them last week they told me they were still not up to that date?
I only ask because I had ordered tickets from a different ticket agency that same weekend and they arrived last Saturday.
 
I read on another board someone complaining about a similar UT problem. I know when Disney increases prices, they get super busy and shipments take a lot longer. I remember last year people saying they were waiting weeks for their tickets right after a Disney price increase. I think they posted that info on the website though, maybe in the shipping information. You may just have bad timing. The weather this past week could also be an impact, I've had one delayed shipment this week in Maryland.
 
I just ordered Universal tickets from UT last week and got them yesterday
I did pay the $5 extra to get them faster because the normal two week free shipping period meant they would get here after we left for vacation .

I still saved $35 for three two park passes.

Vicki I'd agree with timing and weather if I hadn't received my tickets from OTC which I ordered the same weekend.

Yes but we're not talking WDW tickets right after they closed the door on NE forever.
 

I placed an order on the Feb 22. Got my order confirmation within minutes indicating delivery by March 16th. I actually received them this past Tuesday March 3rd. I was really surprised.

This was for the 10 day PH WP NE tickets.
 
I suspect it has a lot to do with *exactly* what you ordered. If they have five 10 day Park Hopper Water Parks No Expiration tickets and you ordered six - they might fill an order for five such tickets while waiting for Disney to get them enough to fill the six ticket order. If they have five 10 day Park Hopper Water Parks No Expiration and three 10 day Magic Your Way base Water Parks No Expiration and you ordered five of the latter - again, they may have had to wait for Disney to get them enough to fill your order. I ordered two 10 day PH NE tickets from Maple Leaf and they said "no problem" then two days later told me they were backordered from Disney. Undercover Tourist might not tell you that they didn't have precisely what you needed, trusting Disney would get them enough to fill your order within the parameters they've set for fulfillment. (btw, I did receive my tickets just fine from Maple Leaf - though I'm not sure I should admit that both were upgraded, without charge, to the Water Parks and More option. :-) )

The next two orders have shipped as of March 4th. They were ordered Feb 21 and Feb 22.

Undercover Tourist sent me an email saying they were back ordered. But now they say they've shipped them so I'm not worrying.

You can always give Momma Frog a call if you are concerned.

Not sure of my dates....but I ordered monday AFTER ticket prices went up. Got my order a couple days ago. Fed ex. I had 4 10 day N.E. park hopper and water parks

UT is a reputable company.
If you knew or remember, they took the NE option off their website until they could do an assessment of what they could deliver. Then it went back up. I'm guessing they sold whatever they got orders for and Disney delivered since they used the term back ordered.

I ordered my delivery to be snail mail. I see Lucky man got his already by FedEx. I don't need them for a couple of years, so snail mail is good to me.

I also like the fact that by not getting them from Disney, they are not showing on MDE until I choose to put the tickets on there.

And by the way, if you search the web, there are still NE tickets available in the Disney area, but I can't vouch for delivery. If you could go in person, they have them last time I looked.

Life is good! The email I received from UT stated that they were waiting for another delivery from Disney,but had some put aside in thier office for those arriving to WDW sooner than later. I too had them shipped via snail mail and can wait,just wanted to make sure we didn't get shut out as it appears that Disney will give them whatever was ordered until a certain date.
 
PS- you can always load them onto MDE and not assign them to anyone until you're ready to activate the ticket .Our next trip is during spring break and have 4 park days left on our last set of tickets,probably only going to do 2 or 3 park days but loaded the tickets onto DME just in case we need to activate them.
 
I ordered 5 six day Tickets the Sat before the price increase and I'm still waiting. I did receive a shipping notice, and I'm hoping they come today or Mon!

Today I received four 10-day PH NE tickets from UT. My tickets have NE written on the back of them in black marker. I was wondering if your tickets were the same. I am just a bit uneasy that the NE was simply written on the tickets and not actually printed on the ticket.
 
Mine were the same from Maple Leaf, both the two I bought a couple of weeks ago and the one I purchased last year - 'NE' handwritten on the back. I have the one from last year already linked in to MDE, and it states there that it's Non Expiring.

Thank you for your response. You made me feel better. I stand corrected, in my original post I said UT, I meant Maple Leaf. I can't wait until I get even older..............
 
Just put the two new ones into MyDisneyExperience - both have handwritten 'NE' on the back, as I stated and both show up in MDE as Non-Expiring. So I believe yours will be fine, as well. :-)
