Hi, can anyone give me some feedback about their experience with Undercover Tourist. A six day park hopper through them is $73 cheaper than through Disney. This may sound stupid but are these legitimate tix? How long did it take to have them mailed to you? Any info would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

They are legit. I've bought 2 sets of tickets from them, for 2 trips and no problems. I even converted on set into APs and again, no issues.

It took just over a week for me to receive my latest order from them.

I'm seeing the six day park hopper as being $23 cheaper than Disney, not $73. The biggest discount they have is $37 off a 10-day park hopper plus WP&M with no expiration.

Not any problem with UT. I know it says on the site to allow up to 22 business days for your tickets to arrive, we got ours in a little over a week. They are paper tickets, but, you can have them added to your KTTW cards.

Under Cover Tourist is completely legit and is an authorized seller of Disney tickets :tinker: I have used them twice and was extremely pleased both times :tink:

I think the OP is adding up all the tix they'd buy. I do that too when saying we saved $90 upgrading to APs from UCT ticket...that's for 3 tickets not just one. :) 72.14 savings with 2 adults and 1 child 6 day hopper... Good reminder for me to use all my words in the future and not abbreviate, so I don't make things confusing.

OP, UCT is very good and very legitimate.

We have had great experiences with them. Usually get tickets in about a week. Their customer service is outstanding! They helped me replace a ticket my brother lost. Highly recommend UT!

Based on reviews here, we recently purchased our tickets from UT for our upcoming trip. We received them in less than 10 days - and we are looking forward to using them in Oct!!

Ah, it didn't occur to me that he might be talking about total savings on multiple tickets. I was concerned that he had misread the pricing and thought he was getting a much bigger discount than is actually the case.

We got our tickets from UT with the Mousesavers Newsletter discount, which saved an additional $5 per ticket. Tickets came in a week. They are Tyvek, not paper, and very sturdy.

Make sure to photocopy or photograph the serial #'s on the back of the tickets, and bring that info with you on your trip, in case of misplacement, so that the tickets can be replaced. :)

We have used them for years! We have never had any problems, love them cause for me every little bit helps, and one time I ordered 12 tickets for my family and extended family. As the OP have said they usually get her in a week but I always make sure I order a month in advance just in case. What we have been doing lately is I take a picture of the back of all tickets with the camera we have there and then since my DD and her BF is older we all take a picture of our own tickets with our cell phones this way if they get lost we have the info for a replacement.

UT is absolutely amazing. Honestly the best customer service you could ask for. I had major problems DUE TO DISNEY, and UT went ABOVE AND BEYOND at helping me, and eventually refunding me the cost of my tickets that Guest Relations ruined and refused to fix.

It only took them about a week to get to my house, and I would definitely use them again for any ticket purchases I need to make, aside from annual passes (which they do not sell).

You honestly can't go wrong with them

Thanks for all the replies. I'm sorry I didn't make clear that I was buying 2 adults and 1 child, 6 day park hoppers. My wife and I are annual passholders and DVC members and we're taking our daughter, son-in-law, and our grand-daughter to WDW in October. And it was a total of $73 over Disney's price for all 3 tix. Good to know that they mail the tix so quickly and that they're legit. Again thanks so much to all for the replies.

Another big YES for using UCT! Have ordered from them for years. Our tickets usually arrive within 3 days, but this last order took about a week. There is an option for faster delivery if you need it.

We too have upgraded some of their ticket to APs and still are able to get our DVC $100 discount on each.

I subscribe to Mousesavers. The newsletter usually has a link for its readers to save a few more dollars with UCT by ordering through a special link.

As others have said - totally legit. As for ticket arrival I have had them show up in a couple of days to just about 2 weeks.

I haved used them for years. I just bought my lastest set the day before Disney raised prices. Took about a week to get.

DH thought I was crazy when I opened the envelope and started jumping around the kitchen yelling "they arrived".

I just did an online order from UT, it about two weeks after Disney upped the ticket price and still got the old price.
I asked for a ticket with picture of Mickey, not Pluto or Goofy. They wrote back that they would send me Mickey.

:thumbsup2

Great to hear that the tickets do not normally take 22 days. I ordered tixs on 6/30 for our Aug 20-27 trip and was a little worried about the shipping.

Has anyone ever returned their tickets for a refund? Hopefully we won't be doing that, but I would like to know if it is an easy process.

Has anyone ordered from UT and just picked them up? Is that even an option?
