Are they reliable. I can get my tickets for about $60 cheaper from them. They don't have tax? Maybe that is why it is cheaper?

We got our Disney tickets from them, received the tickets in short order and everything was fine.......

I've used them several times for WDW tickets. I just purchased a USO 4 day park to park ticket for $141.90 -fianl price, no shipping charge. Very reliable.

I got Universal tickets through them a few months ago. They arrived very quickly and were as described. If you photocopy your tickets (so that you have the ticket numbers), and pack that copy separately, they'll even help you replace tickets if they get lost or accidentally left behind (at least that is what I've heard from others - I copied my tix, but didn't need them to be replaced).

Undercover Tourist is great and very reliable. They do charge tax, but it is included in the price you see on their website.
