Just wondering, if you have used them for tickets, how long it took for the tickets to arrive? It says 12 business days for Canada for the free shipping and I am just wondering if they are generally close to that or generally quicker. Including today we are 14 business days before we leave...not sure whether to chance it or upgrade to express.

Definitely generally quicker. We usually get them within a few days. 2-4 I'd say. LAST time they upgraded us to courrier shipping for free... of course... we were buying 20 10-day passes with park hopper and extra options. but in the past, we've typically gotten them very quickly.

I've got another vote for quicker. We've used them 3 times and most times it has been 5-7 business days.

I would say that I generally have them in one week ... so 5 business days.

Took us less than a week last fall. Would order from them again next time!

Hi everybody!

I am looking at buying the tickets through Undercover Tourist, and I am wondering who does their shipping.

I see that you can pick the tickets up at a (dreaded) UPS store. I recently received a package that cost over 80 dollars more because of UPS brokerage fees. If Undercover Tourist uses UPS, has anyone had any problems with unexpected customs and/or brokerage fees?

Thanks for the info.

They offer free standard shipping through USPS. They also offer express shipping at an extra cost ($24 USD for 3 day shipping to Canada) but they don't say who they use for shipping.

As others have said, the tickets usually arrive in less time than the 12 business days when using free shipping so unless you need your tickets sooner than that it probably isn't worth the extra cost.

I hear you, UPS brokerage fees are ridiculous! But I've used Undercover Tourist twice, and there are no shipping fees. They send them directly to your house, I got my tickets both times very quickly, a week.
