Both my sister and I used them last summer without any problems. I ordered mine on line well in advance of our trip and got them in about week without any special shipping. She ordered hers right before she left and picked them up in Orlando. It was in a store in a strip mall on Sand Lake Road as I recall (pretty close to Universal). When I was checking around last year they had the best prices and were highly recommended on both this board and others.

The best ticket deal is the online seven day unlimited tickets from Universal. You have to purchase them at least two days prior and can either print at home or do electronic pick-up at the kiosks.

The ticket special is $79.99 plus tax for seven days. Don't pass it up.
