Undercover Tourist

I'm kinda a newbie at all of this, so forgive me if this is a silly question. But, I went to disneyworld.com and got a quote for the CBR and then I went to Undercover Tourists and got a quote for about $300.00 cheaper.

What's the catch? Anyone know? Will I be stuck in a weird room or something?

I've been looking at that site and I cannot even figure out how to get a quote - can you tell me how?

I just went to undercovertourist.com and got the exact same room rates as they post on this site (during Value season Value resort $82/night as well as moderate and deluxe resorts). I didn't see any discounts pop out? Unless they offer them more for the busy season?
