Undercover Tourist Upgrade Question

I have read the sticky but I couldn't find this.

I wanted to order the 3 day plus extra day free park hopper ticket on undercover tourist because it saves the most money. Can I still upgrade that ticket like a regular ticket upgrade at the parks?
