Undercover tourist tix question!

just purchased a ticket from undercover tourist and my boyfriend accidentally got it mailed to the house instead of an e-ticket, do they still send you an email with your ticket number or do you have to wait for it to come in the mail? We leave in two weeks and I need to make his fast passes!!!! Help!
 
How long ago did he purchase the ticket? You need to call and email to see if they can change the delivery terms before they mail the tickets.
 
My emailed receipt had my E-tickets. I was back two weeks and checked my POBox, the hard copy tickets are in there I guess. I didn't even open it. If you are unsure give them a call. But, like I said I never had hard copies. In my hands, everything was confirmed E-ticket.

My hard copy tickets arrived snail mail in about 4 days to Maryland if he didn't pay for upgraded shipping.

Just give them a call if you haven't already. I hadn't got the physical tickets in time for my 30 day mark last trip and they emailed me a scan of the back of the tickets with the ticket numbers so I could link them to MDE...it was too easy. Great customer service!
 
We got ours within a week every time I have purchased from them and I am in Indiana..Great company..
 
I ordered an eticket, which they actually said could take longer to get the code because it had to come from Disney. However, the mailed tickets they had in possession and could give me the code or ID for the ticket numbers.
I just found the hard copy for the tickets in my POBox not realizing I may have needed them. I didn't think I would because within minutes I had the ticket information and began reserving my FP's. Call during business hours for any assistance.
