Undercover Tourist Tickets

It's the only way to buy tickets. The price includes tax and shipping. They come right to your mailbox. I've had no trouble putting them on my room key. Some say that can sometimes be troublesome.

I bought tix from undercover tourist for our upcoming trip. Haven't used them yet though. The tickets are just paper so I hope the hold up over 3 days of use.

Also, the tickets state they need to be signed and signature matched to a photo ID, is that really the case? I'm assuming this doesn't apply to children's tickets.

Maybe I'm just tired but I'm not understanding: How do you put your tickets on your room key? Thanks.

We used them, everything was fine. Came in the mail, no problems.

do they come as a piece of paper or actual tickets?? I read some where that you had to pay the taxes/fees on them when you got to US, is this true??

You won't have to pay any taxes or fees. Maybe what you heard is that if you upgrade a ticket bought through UT (or anywhere else), you will have to pay the difference in price which will include tax on the entire amount. Sometimes things get a little lost in the translation...

You get the tickets on paper stock that is used for tickets. They hold up quite well. Our annual passes from Universal and Disney are out of the same stock.

Top notch customer service! We bought some Disney tickets from them and ended up having a problem at the gate with one of them. Disney made us purchase another ticket and scolded us for buying from another company. We called UT when we arrived home and they were so helpful. They found out that Disney accidently made a typo when trying to cancel and reissue another visitors ticket and cancelled our ticket instead. UT promptly sent us a full refund for the ticket.

I don't remember about the ID for tickets, but upon first use for an adult ticket you set it to your finger scan, just like at WDW (though the TMs actually scan the ticket for you, which I like). Kids don't do that. We did sign the backs (I wrote DS's name on his) just to identify them in case of loss.

There was no extra charge when we used them. And the ticket stock held up just fine.

We just used our on our October trip(10/16-10/26) and had no problems at all! Ordered them and got them within a few days. They are paper but held up fine(2 day tickets) I would use them again for sure. We did sign them but only because there were 7 of us and I wanted to keep them all straight but no id was asked for. Just finger scan for adults, again no issues with that.

You don't put universal tickets on your hotel room key. The poster must be confusing Disney with Universal.

damo is right.
she is always right............:rolleyes1

tickets are separate from the hotel.
can't add them to it.
that's a disney thing.

if the paper tickets get destroyed, take what is left of them to guest services to exchange for a ticket.

I'm planning to purchase 1 AP and 2 2-day park to parks.

What would be my least expensive option for buying the 2-day tickets, AP discount onsite or Undercover?

I bought my Arabian Nights and Cirque Du Solil tickets from them for my upcoming trip and they came in the mail right away.:thumbsup2

We have bought from them twice and had great service. Very prompt in sending them in the mail. We are going to buy our US/IOA tickets very soon from them in fact.
