Undercover Tourist Tickets - Unexpected Great Deal

I just received my tickets that I ordered from Undercover Tourist. Problem... In my delivery they say they didn't have the tickets I ordered for Universal. Their solution, they gave me tickets with an additional 3rd day for free!!!!!!

Not only are they a great deal, they offer great customer service!!!!!
