Undercover tourist tickets and Covid-19

Hello everyone,

Me and my Fiance had booked our honeymoon in September of this year and with everything surrounding Covid-19 we are unsure of what we should do. Right now we are working on the possibility of postponing our wedding and honeymoon to next year however we already purchased our tickets through Undercover tourist. They are unlinked to MDE and I reached out to UT customer service which told me I could return the tickets with a 5% fee or that in MDE I can change the date of my tickets to a future date next year when they become available. Is this true? It seemed confusing and I couldn't find anywhere that Tickets in MDE can be extended into next year so I wanted to fact check this before linking the tickets and trying to change the date from this year to next year.

Yes, you should be able to modify your tickets through MDE, selecting new dates and paying any extra needed. 2021 tickets are not yet available but presumably sometime this summer.

Unused WDW tickets always retain value towards an“upgrade” (i.e., new dates).
