Undercover Tourist Ticket refund

It appears that UT tickets that at physically mailed come with a 90 day refund policy? Are they still returnable after they have been added to MDE? I’d like to add them to make park reservations, but I’m worried to fully commit to our March trip in these times. Thank you!

I have heard that yes, you can but it depends on the type of ticket and you need to call them to find out if your specific ticket is eligible after linking. Also, I'm sure you already know, but there is a 5% fee to return them.
