Undercover Tourist ticket / Disney ticket for international traveller

Hi, I'm from Argentina, and I was checking the buying options for tickets, either from the WD site or from undercover tourist, they required to send physically the tickets to me or that I pick them up in Orlando.
Question is, if I chose to pick them up in Orlando, will I be able to link them to my Disney experience and make fastpass+ reservation before I get the physical tickets?

No. They said they are not sending ticket numbers over. You need to wait till you get your ticket!

If you buy "will call" from WDW, don't those tickets get posted to your account right away, or is it different for international purchasers?

Aren't you asking for Undercover tickets? If direct from WDW... Of course it shows right away

Many thanks for your answers! So, the only way to get instant access to all the benefits of the tickets (fastpass+, link them to travelers in my disneyexperience, etc.) for international travelers is purchasing them via Disney World official site and choosing "Will Call" in the delivery method, right?
