Undercover Tourist shipping time?

I'm about to order my Disney tickets from Undercover Tourist. I was wondering for those of you who have used the company before, how long did shipping take? Anything else I should know before I order?

Our tickets took much less time than they said it would (I think they said three weeks, took a week).

I'd look at their policy. Your shipping time may be very diffeent from other folks depending on where you live, and how long it takes the carrier to get it to you.

I don't recall exactly what mine was, bu it was actually way shorter than their policy stated. I'm almost positive it was under a week. I have been surprised at how fast they are.

Two other things I like is their return policy (look carefully before you open your plastic wrap), and I love that their tickets come with a photocopy. one less thing I have to do before I go to WDW.


In order to get your tickets replaced, you'll need to know the numbers, a photocopy is an easy way to have the exact info you need. Otherwise if all gets lost, you may be out of luck.

Again, much thanks! Its always a bit scary making a big purchase and I didn't want to make any mistakes... so thanks for the tips and I'll make sure to look very, very carefully when I get my tickets.

Got mine yesterday....ordered 5 days ago. So very fast. They told me 10 days. Great company!

Just placed my third order from them and each time I have received tickets in under a week. Never had any trouble with them at all.

Same time for us, about a week. One thing to watch--the envelope is plain, so don't pitch it thinking it's junk mail!

Nothing on the outside says "Hey, your Disney tickets are in here"!

They said 3 weeks for us and I ordered on a thursday, got them on the following monday!

Ours took 5 days. I was told 10-12 business days so I was very surprised that our arrived in 3 business days (5 actual days)

One thing you should know is DO NOT OPEN then plastic they come in before you check to make sure they are the right tickets. It says on the package not to but I almost did because I was so excited.

Ditto- ordered ours recently and got them within the week/less than a week. I can't remember exactly how many days but I know it wasn't longer than a week and I was surprised to get them already. LOL I was expecting to have to wait longer- especially since they asked the date of our upcoming trip and since we're not going till end of May. But nope, got them fast.
